Below are file downloads that should be used in the preparation of your order for personalized calendars.

Microsoft Excel File  - Please request file via email

Use this file to setup your order including the following:
- entering the variable names for your recipients
- selecting the images to be used for your months and front image
- entering the customized text to print on each month

Variable Calendar Image PDF <- DOWNLOAD

This file contains images of all images that are available for use in your calendar.  Each image name is provided for you to select in the Excel file or write down on the fax order form.

Fax Order Form <- DOWNLOAD

Manual order form to be filled out instead of using Online Order Form or downloadable Excel file.  All image names and custom text must be manually filled in.

Recipient names for image personalization will not be accepted in hard copy format.  Names must be provided in digital spreadsheet format.
