You must prepare a file which includes a list of recipient names to be personalized on all images. When preparing this file you must put one name per row. For example if you are ordering 25 calendars then your file should have 25 rows.
If you are placing your order using our downloadable Excel file then you may use one of the worksheets in the file for your list of names.
If you are submitting your order using the Online Order Form or by Fax Order Form then you will need to create your own file with the list of names and submit this file.
Very Important!
1. For the list of names to be personalized, you must submit a digital file...we do not accept names in hard copy format.
2. Acceptable file formats for supplying your list of names (when not using our Excel file) is in the following formats: (put one name per row in all cases!)
- Microsoft Excel
- CSV (comma separated)
- Open Office spreadsheet (ods format)
- text file (one name per row)
It is possible we may be able to accept other formats however additional costs may apply.
